Da Feng Ai Confinement Herbal Bath
- 1. Place one sachet into a pot of 3 liters water (can also put some ginger).
- 2. Boil, and then leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- 3. Pour it into a bigger bucket and allow cooling to a suitable temperature.
- 4. Or add in the boiled water before showering with it or wipe over the body with towel as an external skin cleanser.
Post Maternity Nutrition Tea
- 1. Rinse all the ingredients.
- 2. Add all the ingredients into the pot with 2-3 liters of water. Simmer for 1 hour.
- For best result, cook it overnight with a slow cooker & always keep the tea warm for drinking.

- 1. Blanch about 300grams-500grams of chicken or pork meat in boiling water.
